Christine Campeau is a qualified massage therapist and yoga instructor with 20 years experience in the wellness industry. Health and holistic therapies have been a constant theme in her life. Her great passion lies in the ability to nurture others and provide support in the pursuit of their wellbeing.
Christine spent her formative years in the fitness field specialising in the creation of stress management programs for the Sydney and Melbourne corporate world. With an increasing interest in the physical and spiritual nourishment of her clients, she dedicated her time to studying and teaching different yoga methods.
Christine worked extensively at the world-renowned Gaia spa as a yoga and meditation instructor for seven years. As well as gaining popularity teaching private classes with the Byron Bay locals and high end holiday makers, she provided massage and mindfulness therapy at the acclaimed rehab clinic, The Sanctuary for five years.
Her speciality is working with individuals and small groups with a specific focus on mental and physical rehabilitation through alignment, breath, meditation and bodywork.
Christine is excited to provide a calming space dedicated to yoga and massage under the same roof as Manumission yoga, located in Paddington, next to Centennial Park Sydney.
I've had the pleasure of receiving regular massages from Christine. Her intuitive way and breath work whilst in session has amazing benefits. I always feel a calm sense of balance and stillness after a session. The best!

Keeps Me Centred and Healthy...
"Christine has initiated me to yoga 5 years ago. Prior to that, I had been suffering from depression and chronic fatigue, and the little energy I had in me, I would give it to build up my business and being a mum. There was nothing left for me and I had forgotten how to look after myself. Christine offered to help me to get back on my feet. I started with one on one sessions twice a week and very quickly I gained strength, confidence, and building up positive energy. My mental and physical transformation was extraordinary and today I still practice with her and confidently attend other classes in Byron and overseas. I am grateful to Christine who has given me a focus in life that keeps me centred and healthy.

Outstanding Knowledge of Anatomy...
“I have been practicing yoga with Christine for 4 years now. Her passion, lightness and fun approach assisted me in turning off my busy mind. As a practitioner, Christine is by far the best I have had and her approach and outstanding knowledge of anatomy sets her above the rest."

Highlight of Our Week...
“When I fractured my spine nearly 2 years ago, I could hardly turn my head and was in a lot of pain. Then I met Christine and because of my weekly yoga with her over the last 18 months, I now feel fitter, stronger, and more flexible than ever before. Our weekly staff yoga with Christine is without a doubt the highlight of our week!”
